For over 20 years Bob McEvoy has been assisting companies that are at critical, make-or-break inflection points, in both high-growth and distressed contexts. He is particularly skilled in his ability to drive change by creating highly effective, cross-functional teams comprising people already in the organizations, regardless of the country, culture, language, or industry. The solutions that result are cost-effective, comprehensive, and self-sustaining.

Bob has held senior finance and operations positions in the USA, Europe, and Asia, working across multiple industries including industrial equipment manufacturing, transportation/logistics, professional services, wholesale/distribution, energy, financial services, and others. Most recently, he was the VP of Mergers & Acquisitions for CNH Industrial (NYSE, $30B revenues) where he had global responsibility for M&A, alliances, and joint ventures across all product segments including digital services, agricultural/construction equipment, commercial vehicles, and engines. Bob’s restructuring experience began unexpectedly when he was a newly minted Asset Based Loan Officer at Chemical Bank in New York, and a major recession hit the United States.
