With over 21 years of diversified accounting and fiscal management experience, Carla Cooper is responsible for managing the firm's day-to-day financial operations, as well as the generation and analysis of various business management reports. She also works closely with the firm's leadership team on a variety of projects to help streamline data management processes and procedures. Before Paladin, Carla served as Senior Project Controller at Deloitte, where she was responsible for producing utilization reports, management of accounts receivable and maintaining vendor relations.  Before that, she worked at CRG Partners Group, where she prepared detailed monthly departmental performance reports and provided WIP analysis to the firm's senior management. Carla previously worked with Paladin's co-founders, Scott Avila and Allen Soong, at Deloitte, CRG Partners Group, and XRoads Solutions Group, where she served as the Billing Manager.
