Liz Gonzalez has over 15 years of experience in the areas of strategic marketing, corporate communications, branding, public relations, and digital analytics. In addition to leading Paladin’s marketing initiatives, she also works cross-functionally to help clients navigate challenging situations with analytics and insights in marketing and strategic communications. Before Paladin, Liz served as the Marketing Director for Armory Group, an investment banking, asset management, and consulting firm, and before that, SierraConstellation Partners, a turnaround consulting firm. Her other industry-related marketing experience includes five years at CRG Partners, where she worked with co-founders Scott Avila and Allen Soong. Before her time in the financial services industry, she worked at Emerson and ESPN.


Liz graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Corporate Communications and minor in Business Foundations. She is currently on the committee of the Turnaround Management Association Network of Women (TMA NOW) Southern California Chapter.
